For the most part, "Homecoming" is a joy. It's light-hearted, smart, a little meta and the first Marvel film to really consider what it might be like for kids living in a world where superheroes are real. Read the complete movie review.
Some messy plotting keep it from the heights of Marvel's best, and even the heights of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2 in 2002, but Homecoming is great fun and provides an excellent foundation for a series we hope continues for many more years to come. Re.
